"Beneath the Lions" at the MGM Casino in Las VegasThis is probably as close as I will ever come to a real life lion, separated only by an inch or so of plexiglass. I didn't even know about these lions, found them by accident while looking for the monorail entrance during my recent visit to Las Vegas. Apparently they are a famous attraction, even though I thought that their habitat was a bit small. At one point there is a glass tunnel leading into it and those guys liked to hang out right above. Pretty cool!
